Includes access and use of the main Gym, the hall kitchen, and indoor washrooms.
Outdoor Facility.
$250/day.
Includes access and use of the outdoor kitchen, outdoor fully plumbed washrooms, ball diamonds, basketball courts, outdoor stage, playground & camping spots.
Entire Facility.
$550/day Includes use of all indoor and outdoor facilities.
Indoor Kitchen Only.
$25/hour for the first four hours.

Fall Equinox Gathering
EQUINOX GATHERING
We are excited invite you to the second annual Fall Equinox Gathering, A 1 day music festival and Fall fair!Located in beautiful Yahk BC at the Yahk-Kingsgate HallThis venue has an outdoor stage, powered bathrooms, water fillup stations, and camping on siteTo kick off the day there will be the yahk Fall Fair inside the hall. This is a separate, free event starting at 10am to 2pmOnline advanced tickets are only $40! This includes 12 hours of live music, admission to the Artisan vendor market, activities and camping onsite. Tickets will be $50 at the gate and in limited supply so we highly suggest getting your tickets early!
This is an all ages event. Kids under 12 are free and children 13-18 are $10. All kids must be chaperoned and encouraged to leave by 10pmFor our younger crowd there will face painting, games, crafts and of course dancing!
Ticket gates open at 1:00pm on Saturday September 20th️
Outdoor Artisan vendor market is 2:00pm-7:00pm
Beer gardens kicks off at 4:00pm
Music starts at 2pm and goes untill 3:00am
Morning after pancake breakfast on Sunday September 21st 9:00am - 11:30am for only $10!!The Kooteney Dance Collective is excited to bring you another event with top tier sound, visuals, and performing artists.

There will be medical and Harm reduction teams on site As well as a full team of securityWe encourage you as a guest to plan for a safe night by being prepared with an adequate camping shelter and warm clothes for a colder night

Absolutely zero tolerance for intoxicated driving. There will be check points while leaving the venue. There is free camping on site
